Undergraduate Scholarships



    The Faculty of Science and Technology Scholarship Fund
    Duration: Up to a period of two (2) years
    Eligibility: Must be a resident from a contributing country between the ages of 17 - 25 years and registered for full-time study in The Faculty of Science and Technology. Have completed Level I of the undergraduate degree programme in The Faculty of Science and Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Demonstrate a genuine financial need with supporting documentation and show strong leadership qualities and commitment to becoming a scientist Participate in community service or similar co-curricular activities.
    Value: BDS$1,080 per annum
    Criteria: A student applying for the scholarship will be required to produce an essay of approximately 500 words outlining the reason for the choice of degree, career aspirations and why they deserve the scholarship. Required to produce, upon request, three (3) references, one must be from an academic referee attesting to the student's character, academic abilities and potential Continuation of the scholarship is not automatic. For the scholarship to be renewed, the student should maintain a GPA of 3.0, have a regular full-time course load, exhibit good conduct and continue to major in a discipline in The Faculty of Science & Technology
