Required from all MPHIL, PHD, and DBA applicants:
- Research proposal- 2-3 pages, outlining the area of research, the problem being investigated, the reason you wish to research this area, and the proposed methodology.
Uploading Your documents
Please note that ALL documents are to be uploaded to the portal using the link that will be sent to you.
Be sure to follow the guidelines as the system will not accept emails or documents which are not formatted as required and this will result in your application not being considered.
Once submitted correctly you will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of your documents.
Please note the following:
- Physical/hard copies of documents will no longer be accepted.
- All documents should be submitted via the documents upload portal via a link which will be emailed to you 2-3 business days after completion and submission of your application.
- Each document should be sent as a separate attachment. Do not scan multiple documents into one attachment.
- Attachments will be accepted in .pdf, .jpg or .jpeg files ONLY. No MSWord files will be accepted.
Please note that The University reserves the right to request the original of any certified or notarized documents submitted, prior to permitting you to register for the programme.
Response to Your Application
Your programme of first choice is your primary application and will be considered first. Please allow approximately
one (1) month for your application record and documents to be updated in our system and reflected on the application portal.
Kindly take note of the following:
- Applications submitted between November 2023 and January 31st, 2024; applicants should receive relevant correspondence from us by March 31st, 2024.
- Applications submitted between February and March 31st, 2024; applicants should receive relevant correspondence from us by May 31st, 2024.
- Applications submitted in April; applicants should receive relevant correspondence from us by June 30th, 2024.
- Applications submitted between May and June 30th, 2024; applicants should receive relevant correspondence from us by August 15th, 2024.
