The Registrar’s Office, located on Level 4 of the Main Administration Block, has responsibilities which include the day-to-day management of the Campus; administrative functions executed from The Registry which comprises Student Affairs, Human Resources, and Records and Archives; and the delivery of services through The Maintenance Department and Security Services.

Student Affairs
Human Resources Section
This section has responsibility for the range of human resources management functions including recruitment, development and training, employee relations and compensation; as well as issues of environment, health and safety.

Records and Archives
The Campus’ archives and records management programme is executed through:
Registry Records - which organises and maintains active files;
The Records Centre - where inactive records are temporarily stored and the
U.W.I. Federal Archives Centre/Cave Hill Campus Archives.
Office Management functions including mail and telephone services are also administered from the records section.
